QiuYun Sports Terms of Service

Nanjing Lingdong Century Media Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") is the developer and operator of QiuYun Sports (the "App" or "Service"). Please read every clause carefully, especially those in bold, highlighted, or underlined. By tapping "Agree", registering, or starting to use the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please stop using and uninstall the App.

- The Service is only for users aged 14 or above; minors aged 14–17 require parental consent
- You are responsible for your account and the content you share. No gambling, pornography, political incitement, or other illegal content.
- AI analysis and odds are for reference only — they are NOT betting advice. We do not provide any gambling, betting, or proxy-betting services.
- Virtual currency (Ball-Gems) is non-redeemable; spent currency cannot be refunded, unspent currency can be refunded by law
- iOS users must pay via Apple IAP for all digital content; Android users pay via WeChat Pay / Alipay / Google Billing / Huawei IAP through the respective channel
- You may use Guest Mode without registering to browse public match schedules, scores, and news; registration is required for chat, comments, follows, top-up, and paid AI analysis
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms are a legally binding contract between you and Nanjing Lingdong Century Media Co., Ltd. regarding your use of QiuYun Sports. Downloading, installing, registering, or using the App constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
QiuYun Sports is a mobile app for sports fans. Features include: match info (football, basketball, tennis, baseball, esports, etc.), authorized live streaming, AI analysis and prediction, live-room chat, streamer follows, virtual-currency top-up and tipping, DLNA / AirPlay casting, and PiP.
- The App is NOT a gambling, betting, or proxy-betting platform
- Odds displayed are reference data only
- AI output is probabilistic reference information
- Virtual currency is for in-app digital services only and cannot be cashed out
2.1 Guest Mode
You may use "Guest Mode" without registering. In Guest Mode you can browse public match schedules, real-time scores, news, and certain free-to-view authorized streams. Registration and login are required for chat, commenting, following streamers, profile access, top-up / consumption, and paid AI analysis.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
3.1 Registration
- Provide true, accurate, and complete information and keep it current
- Safeguard your account, password, and SMS codes. All activities under your account are deemed your own.
- One phone number = one account
- Must be at least 14. Minors 14–17 must use under parental supervision. Users under 14 are prohibited from registering or paying.
3.2 Real-Name Obligation
Under PRC Cybersecurity Law and related regulations, we are obliged to authenticate users via phone number. Refusal to provide real identity information prevents us from offering services requiring real-name verification (posting, comments, chat, payments).
3.3 Account Security
- Notify us immediately of any suspicious activity
- Losses due to your own actions are your responsibility
- We may freeze accounts temporarily upon detecting security risks
3.4 Code of Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Violate constitutional order, incite secession, or undermine social stability
- Promote terrorism, extremism, racial hatred, pornography, violence, or gambling
- Post gambling ads, porn, scams, bots, "lottery group", "prediction guru" and similar content
- Impersonate others or forge identities
- Scrape App data, batch-register accounts, or bypass verification
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, crack, modify, or redistribute the App
- Drive traffic to third-party gambling / betting platforms
- Engage in sham transactions, brushing, fake reviews, malicious refunds
- Infringe anyone's reputation, portrait, privacy, or IP rights
- Any other act violating PRC law or these Terms
4. User-Generated Content
4.1 Your Content
- Messages, images, emoji, voice posted in chats / feeds are "User Content"; you bear sole responsibility
- You grant us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to store, reproduce, display, transmit, and index your content within the Service
- You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content
4.2 Moderation
- We reserve the right to screen, filter, remove, hide, or limit the reach of content
- Long-press → Report to flag violations; severe violations handled within 24 hours
- Repeat offenders may be muted, banned, or removed
- Illegal content and accounts will be reported to law-enforcement as required
5. Match Data & AI Analysis Disclaimer
- AI content is NOT betting, gambling, or financial advice
- Any wagering / investing decisions you make based on App content are entirely at your own risk
- We are not liable for any financial or personal losses resulting from reliance on AI analysis
- We strongly encourage responsible sports fandom; do not borrow money to gamble
6. Virtual Currency / Payments / Tipping
6.1 Virtual Currency
- Virtual currency (including Ball-Gems, points, XP) is a digital item usable only within the App
- Not legal tender; cannot be cashed out, exchanged, or transferred between users (except preset Gift)
- Exchange rates may change for promotions; the purchase page shows the real-time rate
6.2 Payment Channels

6.3 Refunds & Appeals
- Spent virtual currency is non-refundable
- Unspent virtual currency: in cases of service termination, account deletion, or failed transactions, you may apply for refund at the original rate; processed within 10 business days
- iOS IAP: refunds are handled by Apple (
reportaproblem.apple.com); we deduct corresponding currency once Apple confirms - Minor refunds: guardians may contact qiuyun-support@dtiyu.com with proof of guardianship and transaction
- Malicious refunds: accounts abusing refunds will be frozen, charged back, and may face legal action
6.4 Spending Notice
7. Third-Party Services & Copyright
- The App integrates third-party SDKs (see Privacy Policy §3); third-party services are governed by their own terms
- Streams / images / data may contain third-party copyrighted material; we hold licenses or rely on fair-use principles
- Copyright notices: send written notice to qiuyun-support@dtiyu.com; processed within 7 business days
8. Intellectual Property
- App code, UI, icons, trademarks, names, copy are owned by Nanjing Lingdong Century Media Co., Ltd. or licensors
- No copying, modifying, distributing, reverse-engineering, or repacking without prior written consent
- Do not remove or alter copyright / brand marks
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind:
- Uninterrupted, timely, error-free, perpetual availability
- Absolute accuracy, completeness, or real-time nature of streams / AI / data
- Continuous availability of third-party services
We are not liable for force majeure, network outages, user-device issues, external-link consequences, or decisions based on AI / odds / content.
10. Limitation of Liability
- No liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Aggregate liability capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- Except where the law prohibits limitation
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, violation of law, posted content, or third-party rights infringement.
12. Termination
12.1 By You
- Stop using anytime, or delete your account at "Me → Settings → Account & Security → Delete Account"
12.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud / gambling traffic, are required by regulators, or remain inactive 12+ months with zero balance.
12.3 Effect of Termination
- Right to use ends immediately
- Virtual currency and pending orders handled per §6.3
- Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 15 and any surviving clauses remain
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governed by the laws of the Mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, and Taiwan region). Disputes are submitted to the competent people's court of Nanjing, Jiangsu Province.
14. Changes to Terms
Material changes announced 7 days in advance via in-app banner / push / email.
15. Miscellaneous
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms together with the Privacy Policy form the complete agreement.
15.2 Severability
Invalid clauses do not affect the rest.
15.3 No Waiver
Non-enforcement is not a waiver.
15.4 Assignment
You may not assign without prior written consent; we may assign to affiliates or successors.
15.5 Force Majeure
No liability for earthquakes, floods, typhoons, wars, strikes, government action, network / power outages.
15.6 Language
Published in Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and English. In case of conflict, Simplified Chinese governs.
